  • Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, understanding project requirements, and converting prospects into business opportunities for the company.

You will work closely with the technical and management teams to help clients understand our software and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate and qualify leads through various platforms.
  2. Communicate with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
  3. Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
  4. Prepare proposals, quotations, and project discussion documents.
  5. Maintain strong client relationships and regular follow-ups.
  6. Handle CRM updates and sales pipeline management.
  7. Identify new business opportunities in the IT and software industry.
  8. Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

Preferred Educational Background

  • B.Tech
  • BCA / MCA
  • B.Sc IT
  • Diploma in Computer Science
  • Any IT or technical background

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
  • Strong willingness to learn
  • Ability to understand technical discussions
  • Strong follow-up and client handling skills
  • Team player with a professional approach

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Basic understanding of:

  • Knowledge of IT industry terminology and workflows
  • Understanding of client requirement gathering
  • Proposal and quotation handling skills

Communication Skills

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Good presentation and negotiation abilities

  • Confidence in client interaction

Tools & Platforms

  • LinkedIn outreach knowledge
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • CRM handling experience preferred
  • Basic Excel and documentation skills
